Catalog, Advertising and Brochure for New Product Launch
Hakko, manufacturer of precision hand tools, needed a campaign to showcase their new line of "Dolphin" ergonomic handles. After coming up with almost every fishy dolphin pun imaginable, we devised a campaign which more appropriately illustrated the way the tool handles. Items included trade ads, direct mail, and a 16-page product catalog. In the end, we made the analogy to a smooth-handling car, which successfully targeted engineers who surprisingly have the same interests as car enthusiasts.
