For the last 10 years the City of Santa Clarita has actively taken on projects to revitalize Old Town Newhall, many of which McGregor Shott has been a participant. One of the priorities identified in the Downtown Newhall Specific Plan was to change the character of the area by reconfiguring traffic flow to make the area more pedestrian friendly. We were assigned the job of creating signage announcing the construction process and a glimpse of the new southern gateway.
