Probably the most rewarding part of working on the Musicians Picnic is the extremely talented musicians with whom we’ve come in contact. Given a theme each year, we were instructed to “do something awesome.” McGregor Shott began work for the MAP Fundraiser some 16 years after it began as a backyard barbecue and jam session. Currently, the all-day concerts consist of inspired performances of every genre of music around the world, and has raised over $1 million for ailing musicians to date.
