Town of Apple Valley Economic Development Map System

McGregor Shott was asked to develop a complete brand for the town of Apple Valley, beginning with the Town’s logo. Apple Valley is the premiere residential and commercial choice in the High Desert, featuring affordable housing, parks, an amphitheater, distinguished schools, and a leading health care community.  We created a brand which reflected this quality of life, as well as illustrated Apple Valley among the most friendly and least costly cities for business in the state of California.

All materials include a press kit, industry specific inserts, general brochure, map system for commercial, industrial and vicinity sectors (featured), website, print advertising, and trade show booth.

The map inserts were developed to indicate various industrial opportunities, retail and commercial interests, and vicinity to major airports and highways to potential site selectors and businesses. The color system made specific areas easy to pinpoint.
